An experience that everyone should do at least once
South Korea is generally very organised in most aspects of quality of life and Sungkyunkwan University’s International Summer Semester (ISS) was no exception to that. Talking to people from different countries and learning more about other cultures was easily the best part of this experience. By the end of the ISS programme, I felt like I knew how to navigate every part of Seoul. I learned many new things not only from the modules but just from walking around and seeing how life is in a vastly different environment than my own. The trips planned by the host university were a really nice way to learn more about Korean culture and also have fun with the friends made during the programme. Overall, it was definitely an experience that everyone should do at least once.
